You will find that pricing of inventory at Fessenden has come much more in line with the big stores, where as most hardware stores out in the sticks usually have a huge mark up, these guys have become more reasonable over the last few years. But the real kicker is, the variety of fasteners and general products available at Fessenden has become extraordinary. You can't find this stuff at Menards.

I shop there a lot. It's clean, well organized, and there are always employees just there to help people find things. It's also a great place to find little odds and ends that you can't find in big box stores.
I go there frequently and have been going there for over 10 years. I've never been dissatisfied any problems have always been taken care of right away.
