If they ever could get an order right I would be impressed. Also does it really take 45 minutes to cook an order of chicken fingers. As a retired restaraunt General Manager I would be ashamed to run this location with the issues I have seen. We go to this location maybe twice a year now and this is why. Attention to details would be a good start.
Stopped in to get something to eat. We ordered and went to sit down. Literally every table in the place was dirty and not been wiped up. We were the only customers in the store. Can someone come clean the tables. When someone came out as cleaning the tables it was mentioned that a you guys are kind of slow on this place is dirty for how slow you are. We were told that 2 people had called off and they're only for people working tonight. Great one of the four should have been out here cleaning up the tables instead of jerking off in the back. When you have no customers and there's for employees working someone should be cleaning the dining room area.
I gave 3 stars because they filled my order quickly. But with food that didn't meet thier advertising of hot & fresh. The food was neither hot nor fresh. The fries in particular: appeared to be the end of the batch that had been sitting in the warmer tray. Speaking of the fries, when did Wendy's change to the skinny fries? What happened to the thick cut steak cut fries?
This place is a joke. Right now McDonald's is closed for remodeling and Taco Bell has not yet opened, so they are getting all kinds of business and they clearly can't handle it. 30 min wait, then overcooked food. When those 2 other places open up I highly doubt anyone will be a Wendy's.
Most staff is very nice. Used to have quick service. This is the 2nd time I have waited in drive thru for 20+ minutes. Several people left.
Cannot wait for Taco Bell and new McDonald's to open.
