I prepaid everything online, when I discovered that I needed a little bigger of a vehicle, Karen helped me out immediately without any complaints (it was super early in the AM). She was awesome! And when I dropped off the car, the lady at the desk was nice and I was in and out.
Will definitely be renting from this location again!

Dropped off at the Ottawa Hills, OH location without being charged a fee for dropping at a different location. The young guy working on 12/16/15 had his act together and really got me in and out fast for a different rental agreement. This location was also close to the freeway so I could be on my to visit family.
Avis car rental was a breeze. I made business reservations through my company's travel agency and instead of having to pick the vehicle up at the airport, they delivered it to my workplace free of charge (and a day earlier than expected!). It was a 2016 SUV model with only 6,000 miles on it. Great and clean car which helped me in the winter driving conditions. Dropped it back off at my workplace and Avis picked it up, again free of charge. It could not have been any easier! I would highly recommend them!
