The staff at the Toledo Airport was excellent. I got charged extra fees for changing my reservation to evacuate Florida during Hurricane Irma. Courtney was wonderful to work with listening to vent about the issue I was dealing with through costumer service. She was able to help me and make things right!
Awesome service very prompt on the entire experience
The car's entertainment system and back-up camera malfunctioned regularly. The back--up camera froze twice. Additionally, when I used the navigation app on my smart phone, instead of reducing the volume on the radio so that the navigation instructions could be heard, the system turned off the radio altogether, and it didn't turn back on after the navigation instruction.
Great value and service. I was upgraded to a higher class vehicle at no charge. Friendly staff got me set up and on my way in no time.
